In line with government restrictions effective from December 31st our store is open in a restricted capacity.

All orders and payments are taken from a safe, social distancing compliant queuing system outside the store. Staff will regularly monitor the queue and we aim to serve everyone as efficiently and safely as possible.

In the interest of staff and customer safety there is no in-store browsing.

Our Colour Showroom, Fabric Showroom and Lighting Showroom currently closed for browsing. We will update this page as soon as restrictions ease.

We offer a phone & collect service where you will be allotted a time to safely collect your order at a separate queuing station outside the store. We ask for patience when trying to call the store as due to a high volume of calls and staff limitations, waiting times can be quite high. We also offer click & collect through our Online Store. (Online Store orders will resume processing from Friday January 8th). Please do not arrive to store until you receive a confirmation email saying your order is complete as your order may not be ready.

We offer local & nationwide delivery through our Online Store where current order despatch times are at most 1-2 working days. (Online Store orders will resume processing from Friday January 8th) We kindly ask not to phone or email the store requesting an order update unless your order goes over this time frame as due to unprecedented circumstances and staff limitations we may not be able to reply.
