Inspired by the timeless landmarks of London, such as stone facades of Grosvenor Square, the polished front doors of Pimlico, and the rich scenery of Soho, the Mylands Colours of London celebrates the glorious history and design supremacy of the most beautiful and varied city on earth. This selection of classic shades is available in a range of finishes, including water-based eggshell and gloss, and the exclusive Marble Matt emulsion. Mylands paints are available in a range of finishes to suit every application. The superior quality of our paints, mixed using traditional techniques with rare earth pigments and resins, makes them not only captivating but also highly durable, suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Established in 1884, Mylands is Britain’s oldest, family-owned and run paint and polishes manufacturer. Over six generations, Mylands has been perfecting the art of fine, richly pigmented paints with real depth of colour in the heart of London. The exciting new Plant-Based ‘Olive Stone’ Emulsion is created using powdered olive stones – a by-product of the olive oil industry. This remarkable, sustainable innovation offers a natural depth of colour, resulting in a superior, wipeable paint. Mylands have been committed to reducing chemicals and microplastics in our paints for over 12 years. Through innovation and experimentation, they developed our plant-based paint ranges. They choose to use natural earth pigments in our paint, and are one of the last remaining manufacturers to do so. Why? Because the result is a sumptuous rich colour and it’s so much more environmentally friendly. The new Olive Stone Emulsion has an impressive 56% bio-based content. There’s the innovative ground olive stone powder, coupled with a resin based on a plant oil. This produces a long-lasting, durable coverage. *Please note we are unable to accept returns of paint which has been tinted to your colour selection. We advise purchasing a sample pot of your chosen colour prior to purchasing larger quantities. We do not recommend choosing colours from a colour screen as screens do not accurately represent paint colours as they will appear in your home. You can read our full terms and conditions here.
