Carragheen paint colour by Fired Earth. Designed for dramatic impact, Carragheen is a rich and sophisticated hue. Named after the prized seaweed found off the Irish coast, this striking shade blends deep maroon and aubergine tones, perfect for transforming kitchens, roll-top baths, or feature walls. Soften its intensity with red-based whites like Debutantes Gown, or embrace its depth with a moody grey such as Flake White.
It’s not just beautiful colours that make Fired Earth paint special. It’s also the fact it is formulated to perform superbly and have minimal impact on the environment. It’s made in the UK, using top quality pigments, by an innovative supplier, who brings the latest paint technology to their traditional colour palette. Each colour is made to a unique Fired Earth recipe. It’s also lovely paint to work with. Great coverage and high opacity mean it generally needs only two coats for a perfect finish.
Fired Earth Matt Emulsion is blended to produce a wipeable flat matt finish which is wonderfully soft to the touch. Fired Earth Eggshell has been specially formulated to resist moisture, staining and to dry to a soft velvet sheen. All Fired Earth paints provide exceptional coverage, are practical, hardwearing, and virtually odourless. Fired Earth paint is formulated and manufactured with the environment in mind. They take care to choose the correct and safe materials and to be responsible in our actions. To this end they have successfully developed paints that cover exceptionally well, thereby requiring fewer coats than ordinary paints.
*Please note we are unable to accept returns of paint which has been tinted to your colour selection. We advise purchasing a sample pot of your chosen colour prior to purchasing larger quantities. We do not recommend choosing colours from a colour screen as screens do not accurately represent paint colours as they will appear in your home.
